Dali PowerTower in Sweden

The Dali PowerTower installation took place in autumn 2014 at a private property in Skåne, Sweden. The installation location has moderate wind speeds and good insolation levels. Ground screws were used for the foundation anchoring each of the tower legs. The wood used for the Dali tower was Swedish pine with its surface treated with linseed oil (several layers applied). The wind turbine was a 3.5 kW machine made in Spain. There were eight solar panels installed on the tower to complement wind energy production.The electrical connection was made professionally by a local utility provider.
